    With over 30 years of hands-on leadership in construction and industrial plumbing, Darren Chandler brings deep expertise and strategic vision to every project. As founder and Managing Director of GEM Industrial, he has grown the business from humble beginnings into a nationally recognised, award-winning enterprise. Darren oversees a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects across Victoria, South Australia, and beyond—servicing a broad client base and forging long-term partnerships with key industry leaders. His commitment to operational excellence, crew culture, and values-driven leadership continues to shape GEM’s reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability.
