Solid progress across our HDPE program this month, with the team completing a large number of side‑wall fusions.
This included outlet sizes 160, 200 and 225 mm, installed on 450 to 1000 mm mainline using certified operators, calibrated McElroy equipment and full DL7 data capture for traceability. Every weld logged, every step consistent.
What stands out is the discipline: clean prep, tight alignment, controlled heat‑soak, and the same process applied every single time. It’s the kind of repeatable quality that only comes from a crew who take pride in their work and understand the importance of doing it right, not just getting it done.
