Throughout National Safe Work Month, it’s been great to see our teams at GEM Industrial getting involved through safety questionnaires, toolbox meetings and a few team barbecues along the way.
We’ve also launched a new online toolbox tool through our mobile app, making it easier for our crews to conduct and record safety conversations directly in the field.
Technology and systems help, but ultimately a strong safety culture comes down to people looking out for one another, speaking up and making the right decisions every day.
National Safe Work Month is a good reminder, but the real challenge is carrying that mindset with us for the other 11 months of the year.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Every day. Every job.
